Monthly Meeting – May 3, 2018: “Genealogy Blogs Made Easy… You Can Do It” by Dayna Jacobs, AG®

Would you like to share your family’s history and photos with children, grandkids, and cousins? It’s easy to do with a genealogy blog. Learn how to create a free blog where you can post stories, pictures, and documents—a plane where your family is sure to take interest in their ancestors. Choose to make your blog public or private and have fun sharing your research discoveries. Dayna will show you how easy it is to get started, and give you ideas for how to use a blog.

Dayna Jacobs is an Accredited Genealogist Professional with over 30 years experience in researching, writing, and teaching. She serves on the board of directors for the Utah Genealogical Association (UGA) and the International Commission for the Accreditation of Professional Genealogists (ICAPGen). She has her own genealogy blogs (On Granny’s Trail and The Fairy Tale Genealogist), and also maintains the blogs for ICAPGen and UGA.

Doors open at 6:15 pm, the meeting starts at 7:00 pm. We’ll see you at the Family History Center, 1024 Noche Buena, Seaside, CA., left rear of building.
